Further to its announcement dated 10 August and following the contract having been signed, TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), a leading digital transformation partner, is pleased to confirm that it has been selected as the successful bidder for a £25 million, 3-year contract with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to provide Probation Digital Delivery for Manage People on Probation (MPOP) and Probation User Services.
● Contract Value: £25 million
● Contract Duration: Initial 3-year term from 3 August 2026 to 2 August 2029, with an option to extend for a further 12 months to August 2030 (totalling up to 4 years).
● Framework Procurement: Awarded following a competitive selection process under Lot 2 (Digital Capability and Delivery Partner) of the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) framework.
Björn Conway, Chief Executive Officer of TPXimpact, commented: "We look forward to expanding our ongoing relationship with the Ministry of Justice on this critical digital transformation programme. Modernising probation services is essential to creating safer communities, empowering frontline staff, and delivering better outcomes for individuals within the justice system.
At a time when the public sector is under increasing pressure to deliver more with finite resources, digital transformation is one of the most effective levers available to improve productivity and service delivery. By equipping frontline teams with better tools, data and processes, organisations can increase capacity, reduce inefficiencies and achieve better outcomes for the people they serve.
This award underscores our position as a trusted digital partner to UK Central Government. I'm delighted with the start we have made to this year; securing this contract brings our total new business won in the first four months of FY27 to £58 million, reflecting excellent execution against our growth strategy and demonstrating strong ongoing demand for our capabilities."
