Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, in accordance with theFinancial Conduct Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules, announces that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 65,664,875 ordinary shares of0.1 penceeach, none of which are held in treasury.
The above figure of 65,664,875 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under theFCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
