TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company announces that, as at 31 July 2026, the issued share capital of the Company is 460,019,723 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company holds 450,000 shares in Treasury, which do not carry any voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 459,569,723.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
