In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6., Vanquis Banking Group plc (VBG) hereby gives notice that as of 31 July 2026, the company's issued share capital consists of 256,493,758 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each. VBG does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in VBG on 31 July 2026 is 256,493,758.
The above figure of 256,493,758 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, VBG under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
