In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, and further to the announcement dated 28 August 2026, please note Vistry Group PLC’s issued share capital consists of 318,405,003 ordinary shares of 50p each (“Shares”).
Vistry Group PLC holds 341,850 Shares in Treasury. The change from 349,573 Shares on 28 August 2026 is due to the transfer of 7,723 Treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 318,063,153. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
