About the company
Timbro Group is a full-service Latvian forestry group covering timber and energy wood trading, logging and timber logistics, forest and agricultural land trading, and forest property auctions. The Group acts as a volume aggregator: alongside timber from its own logging operations, it sources timber from 400+ suppliers and sells to 250+ customers across the Baltics, the Nordics and Central Europe, including sawmills, pulp mills, pellet producers and energy wood buyers.
Timbro holds an estimated 15%+ share of the Latvian private timber market, delivering 16,700+ truckloads of timber in H1 2026. In recent years, the Group has expanded through three acquisitions: logging company SELKO based in Jēkabpils, E-Silva online auction platform for forest land and felling rights, and the timber trading and logistics company Kokvedēji. LTM June 2026 revenue reached EUR 76.6m, with H1 2026 revenue growing 127% year-on-year to EUR 48.8m.
