TIM: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ACKNOWLEDGES THE DIRECTION AND
COORDINATION DECLARED BY POSTE ITALIANE
The Board of Directors of Telecom Italia S.p.A. (“ TIM”), which met today under the chairmanship of Alberta Figari, acknowledged the notice regarding the exercise of direction and coordination by Poste Italiane S.p.A. (“ Poste Italiane ”) with effect as of today .
At the same time, TIM’s Board of Directors approved the Operational Governance Regulations governing the relationships and information flows between Poste Italiane and TIM and its subsidiaries.
