Oslo, Norway, 11 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Thor Medical ASA (the "Company") on 3 September 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") and a retail offering through Nordnet (the "Retail Offering").
Reference is also made to the stock exchange announcement on 10 September 2026 regarding the share lending agreement and the redelivery of shares in connection with the Private Placement and the Retail Offering (the "Share Lending Agreement"). The Managers have today completed the redelivery of a total of 62,500,000 new shares in the Company to Scatec Innovation AS pursuant to the Share Lending Agreement, including the 5,208,333 shares allocated to Scatec Innovation AS.
Scatec Innovation AS is a close associate of chairman John Andersen. Primary insider notifications pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation article 19 are attached.
