THE SHARES OF OVARO KIINTEISTÖSIJOITUS OYJ RECEIVE OBSERVATION STATUS

On September 16, 2026, Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj disclosed that it had applied for the delisting of its shares from the regulated market, subject to the transfer of trading to Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.

According to Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares item 4.1.1 (c), an issuer’s shares may be given an observation status if the issuer has applied to have its Shares removed from trading.

With reference to the above, Nasdaq Helsinki decides that the shares of Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj shall be given observation status.
