The Nomination Committee ahead of Net Insight's AGM 2027
The Nomination Committee ahead of Net Insight AB’s Annual General Meeting 2027 has been appointed. The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 11, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. at the company’s headquarters in Solna.
In accordance with the principles for the Nomination Committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting 2026, the members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed by three of the company’s largest shareholders by voting power, based on the ownership structure as of August 31, 2026. In addition, the Chair of the Board is a member of the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
- Stina Barchan, appointed by Briban Invest AB
- Mathias Johansson
- Jesper Bergström, appointed by Handelsbanken Funds
- Anna Söderblom, Chair of the Board
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee are requested to do so no later than February 2, 2027 via e-mail to valberedningen@netinsight.net or by post to Net Insight AB, Attn: Nomination Committee, Box 1200, SE-171 23 Solna, Sweden.
