THE COURT OF FLORENCE GRANTS A 60 -DAY EXTENSION FOR THE
FILING OF THE PLAN IN THE PROCEEDINGS UNDER ARTICLE 44 OF
THE ITALIAN CRISIS AND INSOLVENCY CODE
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 14 September 2026 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (“TISG ” or the “ Company ”) – further to the press release issued on 4 July 2026 concerning the filing, on 1 July 2026, of an application for access to a crisis resolution procedure pursuant to Article 44 of Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019 (“CCII”) and the subsequent commencement of the proceedings by the Court of Florence – announces that, by order filed on 10 September 2026 and communicated as at today , the same Court granted, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 44 of the CCII, a 60 -day extension, running from the expiry of the deadline originally granted, for the filing of the final plan and the related proposal.
The Company will continue to provide the market with timely updates on any material developments in the proceedings, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. .
