TERNA COMPLETES THE SALE OF ITS ELECTRICITY
TRANSMISSION ASSETS IN PERU
In execution of the agreement signed on 26 February 2026, the Terna Group’s company Terna Plus has sold Terna Perú S.A.C., owner of an ap proximately 132 -km electricity transmission line, to Engie Transmisión Perú S.A. fo r approximately USD 15 million
Rome , 29 September 2026 – In execution of the agreement signed on 26 February 2026 and following the fulfilment of certain customary conditions set forth by the same deal, Terna Plus S.r.l.
and Rete S.r.l., companies of the Terna Group, have completed the sale to Engie Transmisión Perú S.A., a company of the Engie Group, of 100% of the shares in Terna Per ú S.A.C., owner of a 138 kV electricity transmission line with a total length of approximately 132 km, connecting the Aguaytía and Pucallpa substations in the Ucayali region of Peru.
The value of the transaction amounts to approximately USD 15 million.
