HALF -YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 202 6
Rome, 30 July 2026 – Notice is given that the Dossier containing the Half -Year Report at 30 June 2026 (provided for in Art. 154 -ter, paragraph 2, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998) - approved by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. on 2 9 July 202 6 - and the Independent Auditor’s review Report , has been filed and made available to the public at the Company’s registered office. Furthermore, t he Dossier is published on the Company’s website ( www.terna.it ) and on the website of the authorised storage service “eMarket Storage” ( www.emarketstorage.it ), and has been filed with Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the company managing the Italian stock exchan ge (www.borsaitaliana.it ).
