Termination of trading with the shares of Punktid Technologies AS on the First North

On 07.09.2026 Nasdaq Tallinn decided to terminate trading with the shares of  Punktid Technologies AS on the multilateral trading facility First North operated by Nasdaq Tallinn.

Pursuant to clause 3.7 of the First North Rules, an issuer is obliged to pay the fees set out in the Exchange’s price list in due course.  Under clauses 42.1, 46.1 and 46.2.3 of the First North Rules, the Exchange may terminate trading on First North if, despite repeated reminders, the issuer has failed to pay the required fee or a due contractual fine.

The last day of trading with Punktid Technologies shares will be 07.10.2026
