Termination of Option
Ajax [AQUIS:AJAX], the natural resources investment company, announces that it has terminated its option (the "Option") to acquire Minerva Metals S.r.l. ("Minerva"), an Italian company which had submitted an application for an Autorizzazione di Indagine covering the Sèbera area in southeastern Sardinia.
The Option was originally announced by the Company on 27 April 2026.
