Tenants rank Slättö’s logistics and light industrial platform Evolv best landlord in Sweden
Slättö’s logistics and light industrial platform, Evolv, has secured the top position in this year’s Real Estate Barometer tenant satisfaction survey, Sweden’s leading benchmark for commercial real estate. The award reflects Evolv’s continued focus on tenant relationships, proactive property management and the long-term quality of its properties.
The Real Estate Barometer (“Fastighetsbarometern”) evaluates tenants’ experiences of their premises, service and property management. The results provide an important measure of how well property owners meet tenant needs and expectations.
This year, Evolv achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 82, 2 points higher than last year’s result. The Logistics and Industrial industry average stands at 72, and among Evolv’s tenants, as many as 88 per cent stated that they would recommend the company as a landlord.
