Team Internet Group plc (AIM: TIG, OTCQX: TIGXF), the global internet company that generates recurring revenue from powering identity and discovery online, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 24 July 2026 all resolutions were duly passed.

Note: A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the total votes or in the calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against".

The Board notes that although resolution 2 which gave shareholders the opportunity to cast an advisory vote on the Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 has increased in shareholder support in recent years, the resolution continues to have some level of opposition. The Board will continue to engage with the Company's shareholders as it continues to shape the Group's future remuneration policy.
