Taptravel Nordic Clarifies One-Time Item in the 2026 Half-Year Results and Provides an Update on Certain Past-Due Current Liabilities

Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) clarifies that the Group’s reported revenue and EBITDA for January–June 2026 include a positive one-time item of SEK 13 million, recognized in the first quarter, and provides an update on certain past-due current liabilities totaling approximately SEK 45 million as of September 20, 2026

Half-Year Results for 2026
The one-time item relates to capitalized development work and has increased the Group’s reported revenue and EBITDA by approximately SEK 13 million, without in itself generating any cash inflow.

Excluding the one-time item, the Group’s revenue for the first half of the year amounts to approximately SEK 362.8 million, compared with the reported figure of approximately SEK 375.8 million, and EBITDA to approximately SEK 18.3 million, compared with the reported figure of approximately SEK 31.3 million.

This calculation adjusts only for this item and does not constitute a forecast for future periods. This clarification does not result in any change to previously reported results.

Certain Past-Due Current Liabilities
Furthermore, the Group’s overdue current liabilities—including those to suppliers and customers—amounted to approximately SEK 45 million as of September 20, 2026.

This amount does not include (1) the bridge loan of SEK 1.3 million, referred to in the press release dated July 10, 2026, which has become due and payable, and (2) the advances totaling SEK 28 million, as referred to in the press release dated October 1, 2026, of which SEK 18 million has become due for payment.
