Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) evaluates potential capital contribution and bond term amendments in dialogue with certain major shareholders and bondholders

As announced in the press releases dated 10 July 2026 and 13 August 2026, Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) (the “Company”) is currently experiencing a liquidity shortfall. Therefore, the Company is in constructive discussions with certain major shareholders and holders of the Company’s super senior bonds (ISIN NO0013699975) and senior bonds (ISIN NO0013326041) regarding a potential capital injection through a rights issue (Sw. företrädesemission) and certain amendments to the Company’s existing bond terms, with a view to meeting the shareholders’ requirements for participating in the rights issue. Such amendments may include, among other things, an extension of the maturity of the bonds, amended interest terms and other adjustments. The detailed terms of any amendments to the bond terms will be announced separately.
