Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) is evaluating a potential capital contribution and bond term amendments in dialogue with certain major shareholders and bondholders, and will not be able to pay cash interest under the outstanding bonds until a long-term solution is in place

As announced in the press release dated 20 August 2026, Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) (the “Company”) is in constructive discussions with certain major shareholders and holders of the Company’s super senior bonds (ISIN NO0013699975) and senior bonds (ISIN NO0013326041) regarding a potential capital injection through a share issue and certain amendments to the Company’s existing bond terms, with a view to meeting the shareholders’ requirements for participating in the share issue. Such amendments may include, among other things, an extension of the maturity of the bonds, amended interest terms and certain other material amendments of the bond terms.
The discussions referred to above are continuing. Until an agreement is reached on the Company’s capital structure and the amended bond terms, the Company will not be able to pay cash interest on the bonds. Any amendments to the bond terms will require sufficient consent from the bondholders, to be obtained by way of written procedures.
The detailed terms of the abovementioned amendments to the bond terms will be announced separately.
