Tången Industrikapital acquires the majority of the shares in Indikator - the institute for quality indicators

Tången has signed an agreement to acquire 75 percent of the shares in i Institutet för kvalitetsindikatorer Fenix AB. The company is one of Sweden's leading survey companies, with broad expertise in survey design, data collection, question construction and statistics. Customers are in both the public and private sectors – from government agencies, regions and municipalities to universities and private companies.

The company has a large proportion of repeat customers and long-term contracts. Indikator regularly conducts public opinion polls and target group analyses in politics, society and economics, and has a broad media presence. Indikator is currently highly topical in connection with the general elections and delivers, among other things, Swedish Television's election compass and Swedish Radio's voter barometer.
The company has a turnover of just over SEK 60 million with a history of good profitability. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg and has about 15 employees.

Tången acquires 75 percent of the shares in Indicator. The company's key employees own the remaining shares.

Closing is scheduled for 8 September 2026. After the transaction has been completed, Indikator will be included in Tången's business area Service Solutions.
