Svenska Aerogel publishes CEO video interview: Growing demand for dual-use applications
Tor Einar Norbakk, CEO of Svenska Aerogel Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”), is interviewed by Notecom in a three-part video series. In the first episode, he discusses the Company’s development and how Naerogel® can contribute to energy efficiency, fire protection, and temperature control. These areas are becoming increasingly important as extreme heat waves and related wildfires become more frequent and the need for energy-efficiency upgrades continues to grow.
The interview also addresses the growing demand for so-called dual-use applications – solutions that can be used in both civilian and defense applications.
“Demand for dual-use solutions is increasing, driven by the strong demand from the defence industry, and aerogels offer several of the properties sought in these applications,” says Tor Einar Norbakk.
The second part of the interview will cover the market and Svenska Aerogel’s continued development, among other topics. The third and final part focuses on the ongoing exercise period for warrants of series TO9, which runs from 11 September up to and including 25 September 2026.
