Suspension of the liquidity contract
- Following the press release issued by Compagnie Chargeurs Invest on July 7, 2026, regarding a potential public share buyback offer, operations under the liquidity contract concluded with Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA are suspended for the entire duration of the proposed transaction, effective after the close of trading on July 7, 2026.
