(the “Company”) within the frame of correct, valid and timely information of the investing public, announces that the Financial Calendar for the year 2026 is supplemented with reference to the dates of the dividend distribution, as per resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of 26/08/2026 as follows: 

Thursday 14 October 2026: Cut off day for dividend 2025

Friday 15 October 2026: Record Date for dividend 2025

Wednesday 20 October 2026: Start of Dividend Payment for the year 2025.
