SUPPLEMENTARY NOTIFICATION OF PERCENTAGE CHANGE IN VOTING RIGHTS

The company "SIDMA STEEL S.A." (the "Company"), further to its announcement dated 14/07/2026 and following the receipt of a supplementary notification (TR-1 form) on 15/07/2026, hereby issues the following clarification announcement to the investing public:

The change in voting rights resulting from the transaction on Thursday, July 9, 2026, concerns :

• Direct Shareholder: The company "BITROS STEEL S.A." disposed of 40,000 shares, reducing its direct holding from 3,395,556 shares (25.00%) to 3,355,556 shares (24.7055%).
• Indirect Shareholder (Parent): The company "BITROS HOLDING S.A.", which fully controls "BITROS STEEL S.A.", reduced its indirect holding to the exact same percentage (24.7055%).

Consequently, both the direct holding of "BITROS STEEL  S.A." and the indirect holding of its parent company "BITROS HOLDING S.A." have fallen below the critical threshold of 25% of the Company's total voting rights.

This announcement is published in accordance with Law 3556/2007 for the comprehensive and accurate information of the investing public.
