Sunday Hotels Opens 24 New Hotels & Resorts in Germany

Sunday Hotels has announced that it has added 24 new hotels and resorts in Germany. The brand already operates 11 hotels & resorts in the country and with this it takes the count to 35. The expansion strengthens Sunday Hotels' presence in one of Europe's largest hospitality markets while broadening its offering for both business and leisure travellers. The 24 hotels and resorts were previously operated under Accor, Wyndham and H+ brands and have now joined the Sunday Hotels portfolio.

The 24 hotels are located across key cities and regional destinations in Germany, such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Köln (Cologne), Leipzig, Nürnberg (Nuremberg), Hannover, Bonn, Augsburg, Wiesbaden, offering guests contemporary accommodations, quality service, and convenient access to major commercial and tourist hubs. The properties will be operated under management agreements and are now available for booking through the Sunday Hotels websites and apps, as well as leading online travel agencies.

The latest expansion is part of Sunday Hotels' long-term strategy to strengthen its presence across key European markets. It also builds on the company's growing partnership with Aroundtown, one of Europe's largest real estate companies. Under the Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands, the company now operates nine hotels from Aroundtown's portfolio in Germany, including the 190-room Sunday Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, the 163-room Sunday Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg, the 82-room Sunday Hotel Dortmund City, the 79-room Offenburg City Hotel by Belvilla, Sunday Resort Rügen in Sagard (230 rooms), Sunday Resort Marina Wolfsbruch in Rheinsberg (207 rooms), Sunday Resort Hafendorf Rheinsberg (176 hotel rooms and holiday homes), Sunday Hotel Saarbrücken (100 rooms), and Sunday Hotel Bielefeld (119 rooms).
