1 PRESS RELEASE Energy S.p.A.: Submission of the application to initiate the negotiated settlement of the crisis pursuant to art. 12 et seq. of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code Sant’Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD), October 1, 2026 – Energy S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Energy”), an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ISIN IT0005500712, Ticker: ENY), parent company of the Energy Group, a full system technology manufacturer of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and provider of cloud and engineering services, following the press release of 30 September 2026, announces that on the same date the application for the opening of the negotiated settlement for the solution of the business crisis referred to in Legislative Decree 14/2019, the so-called Business Crisis and Insolvency Code ("CCII"), was filed, with a request for the application of precautionary and protective measures of the company's assets against creditors. In support of the application, the Company has drawn up, with the support of Studio Bogoni and Thera Tax S.r.l. STP as advisors, a Draft Plan containing an economic-financial manoeuvre aimed at restructuring the Company's debt situation, functional to the submission of the application for access to the negotiated settlement procedure of the crisis pursuant to art. 12 et seq. CCII.
