STERLING EQUIVALENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Company announced on 11 May 2026 that the Board had approved an interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 of 25.5 US cents per ordinary share payable on 30 July 2026.
The Company, today, announces that the Sterling equivalent of the interim dividend is 19.0 pence per ordinary share based on an exchange rate of US$1=£0.747.
The US$:£ conversion rate was determined by the actual rates achieved by the Company buying forward contracts for Sterling currency, during the five working days preceding this announcement, for delivery ahead of the dividend payment date on 30 July 2026.
