REGULATION CHANGE IN SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS
Valle San Bartolomeo , 7 July 2026 – STAR7 S.p.A. (“STAR7 ” or the “ Company ”, EGM: ticker STAR7) – a company providing an integrated range of product information services, from product and process engineering support to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, translation, printing and virtual experience – announces that on 6 July 2026 it received a notice from Anima SGR S.p.A. (on behalf of Kairos SGR S.p.A. funds) concerning the exceeding of the significant threshold of 10.00%, with transaction date 2 July 2026. Anima SGR S.p.A. holds a total of 915,215 shares, equal to a 10.169% shareholding, calculated on the total number of shares filed with the Chamber of Commerce, equal to 8,999,752.
Based on the information available, the current shareholding structure of STAR7 S.p.A. is therefore as follow s:
