DISBURSEMENT OF CREDIT LINES FOR THE EARLY REDEMPTION OF BONDS COMPLETED
Valle San Bartolomeo , July 9, 2026 – STAR7 S.p.A. (“STAR7 ” or the “ Company ”, EGM: ticker STAR7), a company that provides an integrated range of services dedicated to product information, from product and process engineering support, to the creation and management of technical and marketing content, to translation, printing, and virtual experience, following up on the press releases published on July 6, 2026 and July 7, 2026 , respectively, to which reference is made for further information, announces that, today, the disbursement in favor of the Company, by certain leading credit institutions, of (i) a credit line for a total amount of Euro 27,200,000.00 and (ii) a credit line for a total amount of Euro 27,328,000.00, each intended for the repayment of the bonds named “Star7 Tf 4.75% 2021 -2028 Amort Eur’’ (ISIN IT0005460909) and “ Star7 Tf 4.75% Ott28 Amort Eur ’’ (ISIN IT0005460917) .
Therefore, the aforementioned condition precedent having occurred, the early redemption will take place today in accordance with the waiver agreements signed between STAR7 and the respective bondholders.
