SpareBank 1 Østlandet: Mandatory notification of trade – Allocation of equity capital certificates to savings programme

The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet 20 May 2026 for use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been redistributed to the participating employees at a price of NOK 196 in accordance with their savings amount. Qualified participants under the savings programme of 2024, will receive ECCs in accordance with their savings amount at the time.

After allocation the Bank will own 0 equity capital certificates, corresponding to 0.00 % of the outstanding equity capital certificates and votes in the bank. See the attachment for an overview of participants in the savings programme that are primary insiders.
