TERMINATION OF RELATIONS BETWEEN MESTIERI S.P.A.
AND STEFANO ROSA ULIANA
San Vendemiano (Treviso), 21 September 2026 – Somec S.p.A. , or “the Company” (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects , announced that Mr. Stefano Rosa Uliana, Chief Executive Officer of Mestieri S.p.A . will conclude his professional experience with the Somec Group effective from 30 November 2026 , to pursue new professional opportunities.
In relation to the termination, no agreements have been entered into providing for the payment of indemnities, consideration, exit incentives or other economic benefits in favour of Mr. Stefano Rosa Uliana, without prejudice to any amounts that may be due in respect of entitlements already accrued in relation to the offices held and/or existing relationship.
No rights related to monetary incentive plans or plans based on financial instruments are envisaged to be maintained. Furthermore, based on the information available, as of today Mr. Stefano Rosa Uliana does not hold any shareholdings in Somec S.p.A.
The Group thanks Mr . Stefano Rosa Uliana for the professional contribution made during his mandate and the offices held within the Somec Group.
