Solvonis to Present at WTR Virtual Insights Conference
CEO fireside chat and investor meetings build on WTR's commissioned research coverage and advance the Company's U.S. investor-engagement strategy
LONDON - 11 August 2026 - Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel small-molecule therapeutics for high-burden central nervous system ("CNS") disorders, is pleased to announce that Chief Executive Officer Anthony Tennyson will present at the Water Tower Research ("WTR") Virtual Insights Conference on 22-23 September 2026.
The conference represents the next stage in the U.S. market and investor-engagement programme launched following WTR's appointment by Solvonis in April 2026. That programme is focused on deepening the Company's understanding of the U.S. market, strengthening its profile and broadening its reach among U.S. investors.
Following WTR's initiation of commissioned research coverage in July 2026, the conference will provide a direct platform for Solvonis to present its investment case to WTR's investor network.
Anthony Tennyson will participate in a 20-30 minute analyst-moderated fireside chat covering:
· Solvonis' differentiated CNS portfolio across addiction and psychiatry;
· progress and principal value drivers across SVN-001, SVN-002, SVN-114 and SVN-015; and
· the strategic importance of the United States to key programmes within the pipeline.
The pre-recorded fireside chat will be released during the conference and distributed through WTR's investor network, financial information aggregators and digital channels.
Solvonis will also participate in one-to-one and small-group investor meetings during and following the conference, giving investors direct access to management and an opportunity to discuss the Company's strategy and pipeline in greater detail.
The United States is strategically important to Solvonis as the intended principal development and commercial market for SVN-002, a source of specialist non-dilutive research support for SVN-015 and the world's leading capital market for innovative CNS companies.
The Company believes that expanding its U.S. investor reach will support a more informed assessment of Solvonis, its development strategy and its differentiated pipeline relative to U.S.-listed CNS companies.
Anthony Tennyson, Chief Executive Officer of Solvonis, commented: "When we appointed Water Tower Research in April, we established clear objectives around U.S. market understanding, corporate positioning and investor reach. The initiation of commissioned research coverage was an important first step, and the WTR Virtual Insights Conference now provides an opportunity to engage directly with a broader investor audience.
"The United States is central to the development and commercial opportunity for key programmes within our pipeline and remains the principal capital market for innovative CNS companies. We look forward to presenting the Solvonis investment case, discussing progress across the portfolio and explaining how our capital-efficient development strategy is intended to create value as our programmes advance."
Further information regarding access to the fireside chat and investor meeting requests will be provided in due course.

About Solvonis Therapeutics plc
Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS) is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing small-molecule therapeutics for high-burden central nervous system ("CNS") disorders. Headquartered in London and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, Solvonis is advancing a differentiated pipeline of repurposed and discovery-stage compounds across addiction and psychiatry.
The Company's lead programmes target Alcohol Use Disorder ("AUD") and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder ("PTSD"), with additional development and discovery work supporting expansion into further addiction and psychiatric indications, including stimulant use disorder and depressive disorders.
Its lead asset, SVN-001, is currently in Phase 3 for severe AUD in the UK, while SVN-002 is being advanced towards a planned Phase 2b trial in the United States targeting moderate-to-severe AUD. The Company's PTSD discovery programme has identified SVN-114 as a lead compound, emerging from a proprietary compound series designed to modulate key brain-signalling systems associated with emotional processing and social behaviour.
SVN-015 is the Company's proprietary discovery-stage candidate targeting stimulant use disorder. Following encouraging initial cardiac ion-channel and broader off-target screening results, it is advancing into further preclinical evaluation under NIDA's Addiction Treatment Discovery Program.
In parallel, Solvonis is advancing proprietary CNS discovery programmes supported by a dedicated compound library and AI-enabled discovery capabilities to identify new small-molecule modulators of key neurotransmitter systems.
