Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Soiltech ASA (the "Company") on 3 September 2026 regarding the initiation of a share buyback program in connection with the Company's Employee Share Purchase Plan.
From the commencement of the share buyback on 4 September 2026 up to and including 10 September 2026, the Company has purchased a total of 23,900 own shares for a total consideration of NOK 2,035,749, excluding transaction costs.
The volume-weighted average purchase price is NOK 85.18 per share.
The purchases were carried out as follows:

Following these transactions, the Company holds 23,900 own shares.
The Company has decided to extend the purchase period under the share buyback program up to and including 25 September 2026. The purpose of the extension is to allow the Company additional time to complete the intended share purchases under the program.
The maximum number of shares to be purchased remains unchanged at 55,000 shares.
Accordingly, the Company may purchase up to an additional 31,100 shares during the extended purchase period. All other terms of the share buyback program remain unchanged.
The Company will publish a separate announcement following completion of the share buyback program and the subsequent allocation of shares to participating employees.
