Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) (“Smoltek” or the “Company”) has received conditional approval for listing on Nordic Growth Market (NGM). The first day of trading on NGM is expected to be October 26, 2026. This means the company is changing its trading venue from Spotlight Stock Market to NGM.
During the year, Smoltek, together with the Board of Directors and management, has conducted a thorough evaluation of various marketplaces. As previously announced, the Board has decided to apply for a listing on NGM, which is part of the Boerse Stuttgart Group and is considered the best route to the European capital market.
“Approval for listing on NGM is an important step for Smoltek. It means we are now proceeding with the change of listing venue and strengthening our presence on the European capital market. We look forward to continuing to develop the Company and creating the conditions for a broader European investor base,” says Oskar Säfström, Acting CEO and President of Smoltek.
The transfer of listing from Spotlight Stock Market to NGM is expected to take place, with the first day of trading on October 26, 2026. The share will continue to trade under the ticker symbol SMOL, and Smoltek shareholders will not need to take any action in connection with the change of trading venue. The Company will apply for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market on October 21, 2026, with the aim of having October 23, 2026, as the final day of trading.
Following the transfer of listing, the goal is to apply for a dual listing on Boerse Stuttgart later in the fourth quarter of 2026. The objective is to strengthen the Company’s presence in the European capital market and make it easier for European investors to trade the Company’s shares.
