Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) (“Smoltek” or “the Company”) announces its application for listing change. During the year, the Board of Directors and management have conducted a thorough evaluation of various marketplaces. Following this evaluation, the Board has decided to apply for a listing on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM), part of the Boerse Stuttgart Group, which is considered the best pathway to the European capital market. The goal is to complete the listing switch before the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. Subsequently, the aim is to apply for a parallel listing on Boerse Stuttgart during the same quarter to strengthen the Company's presence in the European capital market and facilitate trading in the Company's shares for European investors.
Smoltek plans to apply for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market after receiving approval from NGM. Trading in all Smoltek’s financial instruments will then commence on NGM immediately after the final day of trading on Spotlight.
“We are seeing strong interest in Smoltek’s technologies and upcoming products in Central Europe, where there is also significant investor interest. We believe that NGM, through its connection to Boerse Stuttgart, is best positioned to help us address this interest and make the stock more accessible to European investors. At the same time, the change of listing offers us significant cost advantages and increased visibility, in line with our ambition to create long-term shareholder value,” comments Oskar Säfström, Acting CEO and President of Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB.
