SMA Solar Technology AG / Key word(s): Other SMA Solar Technology AG: CEO Absent Due to Illness Niestetal, September 15, 2026 – The Chief Executive Officer of SMA Solar Technology AG, Jürgen Reinert, informed the Supervisory Board today that, due to illness, he will be unable to perform his duties as a member and Chairman of the Managing Board for the coming weeks. SMA will be temporarily managed by the remaining members of the Management Board, Olaf Heyden and Kaveh Rouhi. Olaf Heyden, the Managing Board member responsible for Transformation and Operations, will, until further notice, assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer previously held by Jürgen Reinert and serve as Chairman of the Managing Board.
