SLP leases an additional approximately 1,400 sqm in Ljungby to Hårds Transport AB
SLP has signed an expanded lease agreement with Hårds Transport AB regarding the property Lamellen 1 in Ljungby. The expansion comprises approximately 1,400 square meters of warehouse space and runs from September 1, 2026, through May 31, 2029, aligning with the tenant’s existing lease. The additional annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 0.6 million.
Hårds Transport has been a tenant of SLP at Lamellen 1 for several years and is now further increasing its leased area within the property. Following the expansion, Hårds Transport will lease a total of approximately 14,300 square meters in the property, which has a total area of approximately 40,800 square meters.
