Sivers Semiconductors Makes Changes to Senior Leadership Team for Next Phase of Commercial Growth
Industry Veterans Join Sivers as the Company Advances its Wireless And Photonics Products Toward Broader Commercialization And Scale
Kista, Sweden, September 24, 2026 - Sivers Semiconductors AB (STO: SIVE), a global leader in photonics and wireless technologies, today announced a series of senior leadership changes across its Wireless and Photonics businesses as the company moves into its next phase of commercial growth.
Marc Pegulu will join Sivers as Managing Director of Wireless, effective September 28, 2026. Marc brings more than 25 years of experience in delivering profitable growth of product businesses across RF, wireless and mixed-signal technologies. His past assignments include compelling P&L leadership roles at Semtech and Qorvo that span across multiple market segments and geographies of interest to Sivers.
Harish Krishnaswamy, currently Managing Director of Wireless and co-founder of MixComm, which was acquired by Sivers in 2021, will become Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, Harish will focus on corporate strategy, M&A and new business initiatives, building on his experience in technology development and business development at Sivers.
David Clark will join Sivers as VP of Engineering for Photonics, effective October 31, 2026. David has more than 25 years of experience across photonics, semiconductor packaging, engineering management, product marketing and product line leadership. His career includes roles at Agilent, Leica Microsystems and FlipChip International, and more than 12 years at Amkor Technology, where he worked on the commercialization and production ramps of advanced packaging technologies and R&D programs.
Andrew McKee, currently CTO of Photonics and co-founder of CST Global, which was acquired by Sivers in 2017, will retire from the company. Andrew will support the transition to David through the end of 2026.
