SIBS AB (publ) - Satisfaction of conditions precedent under written procedure
SIBS AB (publ) ("SIBS") today announces that the conditions precedent set out in clause 4.2 (Effective Date) of the written procedure that was initiated on 21 July 2026 in respect of SIBS' senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0023112487 (the "Bonds") and approved on 10 August 2026 (the "Written Procedure"), have now been satisfied. Consequently, the amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds and the implementation of the New Structure (as defined in the Written Procedure) have become effective.
In accordance with the Written Procedure, SIBS hereby indicates that it will pursue the contemplated write-down of the Bonds. A separate press release will be issued once the date for the write-down has been determined. The write-down will first be applied towards Deferred Interest (as defined under the previous terms and conditions for the Bonds) and thereafter towards the outstanding nominal amount of the Bonds (including accrued PIK interest up to and including 30 June 2026), such that the aggregate outstanding amount of the Bonds following completion of the write-down will amount to SEK 633,000,000 and no Deferred Interest being outstanding.
