SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2026 – APPOINTMENT
OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
NO ADDITIONAL LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENT AS
STATUTORY AUDITORS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 14 September 2026 – The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (“TISG ” or the “ Company ”) with reference to the press release issued on 8 September 2026 concerning the reopening of the deadline for the submission of lists of candidates for appointment to the Board of Statutory Auditors ahead of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeti ng convened for 30 September 2026, hereby announces that, upon expiry of the new deadline set for 11 September 2026, no additional lists of candidates for appointment as members of the Board of Statutory Auditors were submitted.
Accordingly, the sole list filed remains that submitted by shareholder GC Holding S.p.A., holder of 28,410,000 ordinary shares, representing 53.604% of the Company’s share capital.
The documentation relating to the list filed remains available to the public at the Company’s registered office at Viale C. Colombo 4bis, Marina di Carrara, Carrara, on the Company’s website at www.theitalianseagroup.com, under the Investor Relations – Shareholders’ Meeting section, as well as through the authorised storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.it).
