The new contract with the newly acquired Sharbie represents a further important step for this collaboration, opening the door to the development of a strategically significant service. With this in mind, we are already evaluating the extension of the offer with smart glasses solutions dedicated to professional use, with the aim of integrating innovative technologies to support specialized technicians and other operational figures in the field.” Giacomo Vianelli, CTO and majority shareholder of Ailux S.r.l., stated: “This collaboration demonstrates how much AiLux is investing in an O&M (Operation & Maintenance) system aimed at providing the best assistance service available on the market, offering its customers concrete and traceable tools to enable them to achieve all the objectives and deadlines imposed by Arera with its resolutions.
