Servatur Holding AS announces changes to the Board of Directors

Servatur is pleased to announce that Bente Avnung Landsnes has been elected as a new Board member. Landsnes will be Chair of the Audit Committee. Simultaneously, Melvin Teigen and Sondre Hove have resigned from the board. The changes were approved by an extraordinary general meeting held today. Following this, the Board of Directors consists of Kai Robert Mikaelsen (Chair), Ivar Tollefsen, Bente Avnung Landsnes.

About Bente Avnung Landsnes Landsnes (1957) served as the CEO and president of Oslo Børs ASA and Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA from 2006 to 2019. Before that, she was group executive president of DNB NOR and Gjensidige NOR Sparebank. Landsnes has extensive experience in change and reputation management, financial reporting, investor relations, corporate governance, ESG and digital transformation. Since 2019, she has worked as a non-executive director, mentor and advisor. Landsnes currently chairs Hvitsten AS, and is a director of Heimstaden Bostad AB, Heimstaden AB, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Deputy chair and member of the Audit Committee of Norbit ASA.
