Caledonian Holdings PLC (AIM: CHP), the AIM quoted investing company focused on building an integrated financial services group, announces that further to the announcements made on 19 June 2026, 1 July 2026 and 15 September 2026, the Company confirms that the Second Block Listing Shares were admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 21 September 2026.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the announcement issued by the Company at 7:00 a.m. on 15 September 2026.
