Scrip dividend share allotment
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 2,916,262 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to trading.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 7 August 2026.
The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the six months ended 31 March 2026.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
