SBF, together with BauMont Real Estate Capital, has acquired the properties Smältan 2 and Terrakottan 4 in central Stockholm. The properties comprise 63 apartments with a total area of approximately 4,000 square metres.
The properties were acquired from F. Holmström Fastigheter AB under the strategic partnership announced in May 2026. SBF continues its dialogue with property owners to evaluate further relevant investment opportunities.
– The properties are attractively located in central Stockholm, a market characterised by stable demand for housing. The transaction is well aligned with the type of investment opportunities we are seeking together with BauMont, says Johan Rosén, CIO at SBF Fonder.
Over the past three years, SBF has deliberately strengthened its scalable platform to meet the expectations of investors, business partners and tenants.
– SBF has a clear direction going forward. We will grow together with institutional investors, develop additional strategies and strengthen our position on the Swedish real estate market. With a strong team, specialist expertise and deep local market knowledge, combined with a scalable platform, we are well positioned on our journey towards our target of SEK 10 billion in assets under management, says Terje Björsell, CEO, SBF Fonder.
