SBB postpones publication of its interim report for January-September 2026
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") announces today that the company has postponed the publication of its interim report for the period January–September 2026 from 4 November 2026 to 24 November 2026.
The change follows the recently announced transaction between Sveafastigheter and KlaraBo. As Sveafastigheter is consolidated in SBB’s financial reporting, the company has decided to allow additional time to analyse and review the transaction’s accounting implications.
The invitation to the presentation of the interim report will be published in the usual manner approximately one week before the report is released.
