Savox Communications Plc: Exercise of over-allotment option in relation to the initial public offering and discontinuation of the stabilisation period

With reference to the offering circular published by Savox Communications Plc ("Savox" or the "Company") dated 8 June 2026 and the stock exchange release published on 22 June 2026 regarding the result of the Company's initial public offering (the "Offering"), Savox has received notice that Nordea Bank Abp ("Nordea"), acting as the stabilising manager in the Offering, has decided to exercise the Over-Allotment Option (as defined below) granted by Savox S.A (the "Principal Shareholder") partially. The stabilisation period has been discontinued today with no further stabilisation measures being carried out.
Savox announced on 16 July 2026 that Nordea has carried out stabilisation measures on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 8 July 2026, for a total amount of 9,380 shares. After this, Nordea has not carried out stabilisation measures.
The Principal Shareholder has, in connection with the Offering, granted Nordea an over-allotment option (the "Over-Allotment Option"), which entitles Nordea to purchase a maximum of 699,395 shares in Savox at the subscription price of the Offering solely to cover potential over-allotments in connection with the Offering. Nordea will purchase 690,015 shares in Savox from the Principal Shareholder under the Over-Allotment Option. Following the partial exercise of the Over-Allotment Option, the Principal Shareholder holds 11,468,241 shares in Savox (representing 64.75 per cent of all shares in Savox and of the votes conferred by the shares).
