The Board of Directors of SATS ASA has today resolved to distribute a cash dividend of NOK 0.72 per share, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on May 5, 2026. For Norwegian tax-purposes, the dividend is considered repayment of paid-in capital.
