Samos Energy signs new bareboat charter contract for West Desaru MOPU? ?

Samos Energy Infrastructure Ltd announces that its subsidiary, FPF005 Limited, has signed a new bareboat charter agreement with Medco Asia Pacific Limited for the West Desaru MOPU, effective from 23 September 2026.

The agreement follows the Heads of Terms announced on 7 May 2026 and provides for a four-year firm period with five further one-year extension options, giving a total potential charter term of nine years. The MOPU will remain deployed on the West Desaru field under the Cendramas PSC, Malaysia.
